Machine Shop Work Shifts:

 

  • Day 1:  Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Day 2:  Monday-Thursday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Evening: Monday-Thursday: 4:15 pm – 2:45 am
  • Weekend:  Fri., Sat., Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm (paid for 40 hours)

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR:

CNC Mill Programmer / Operator

Hagbros Precision is searching for a results-oriented individual with experience in CNC Programming & Operations. Those candidates meeting the below listed skills and attributes need only apply.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years mold making experience.  Working knowledge of MastercamX is a plus. Candidate will need to be capable of building plastic injection molds. Knowledge of all aspects of machining operations in the shop is required.

 

Overtime may be required at times as business necessitates. Work schedule is 40 hours a week.

Requirements:

  • Build variety of components used in the injection molding industry.
  • Aid in the development of faster more efficient machining and fixturing methods
  • Must be familiar with typical machining equipment like mills, lathes, surface grinding.
  • EDM experience a plus but not required as we can train.
  • 6 years machining.
  • Maintains a neat and well-organized work area in the spirit of 5S
  • Engages in CI activities associated with their work area

 

 

 

Mold Maker / Programmer

Hagbros Precision is searching for a results-oriented individual with experience in Mold Making and Mold Design / Programming. Those candidates meeting the below listed skills and attributes need only apply.

 

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years mold making experience with a working knowledge of MastercamX. Candidate will need to be capable of designing, programming and building plastic injection molds. Knowledge of all aspects of machining operations in the shop is required.

 

Position requires the individual to be a self-starter, have his own tools, be able to lift 50 lbs and be a quick thinking, highly motivated problem solver with computer skills and high degree of common sense. Must be a team player and be able to communicate well with all members of the team. This position demands someone flexible and able to wear many hats as it requires you to switch roles as business necessitates, from a designer/programmer to a mold maker out on the shop floor.

Machinist / Lathe & Mill

Hagbros Precision, LLC. is searching for results-oriented individuals to fill the need for Machinist / Lathe & Mill operator. Those candidates looking to develop and enhance the below listed skills and attributes need only apply.

 

Position requires the individual to be a self-starter, be able to lift 50 lbs and be a quick thinking, highly motivated problem solver with computer skills and a high degree of common sense. Must be a team player and be able to communicate well with all members of the team. This position demands someone flexible and able to wear many hats. 

 

Overtime may be required at times as business necessitates. Work schedule is 40 hours a week.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrate basic manufacturing line knowledge and participates in process
  • Set up and operate machine shop equipment, e.g., CNC mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.
  • Inspects and measures completed projects with micrometers, calipers, verniers, etc., to ensure conformance to specifications
    Provide in-process inspection
  • Trouble shoot any problems that may occur during operation
  • Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Reads and interprets drawings, sketches and blueprints and be able to interpret Geometric Dimensioning and tolerances
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, leads and supervisors of the organization
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Receive instructions on new and complex assignments
  • Complete tasks as assigned with limited supervision and instruction

Qualifications

  • Exposure to work as an operator of mill(vertical or horizontal), and lathe CNC machines
  • Exposure in a high volume low mix operation
  • Ability to use micrometers, calibers, other measurement instruments
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Medium to large ID/OD pipe threading experience desires
  • API casing pipe threading experience preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to read technical prints
  • Fluent with MasterCAM
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be a team player
  • Must consistently be at work and on time
  • Must have passion & enthusiasm for work
